you are sending a check or money order be sure to e-mail us first at
Orders@Livethedarkness.com with the name of the products you are ordering
and the quantity of each.
Shipping policy: We try to have as much inventory pre-stocked and ready
to ship throughout the year and process each order as soon as it is received,
but to insure you receive the highest quality product possible please allow 2-3
weeks for delivery. Orders placed with personal checks may further delay
delivery time. A shipping charge of $7 per item and any applicable taxes are
added automatically during the order process and will appear for review before
your order is finalized. Also, at this time we can only ship within the U.S.A.
Refund and Return Policies: Due to the nature of our products we cannot
offer refunds. If you received a different item than what you ordered or if there
is any major defect with the item you received, write us at
Orders@Livethedarkness.com with all the information and mail the item back
to us for an exchange or store credit within three days of receiving it. Please
note that since our products are individually handmade by artists there may be
slight differences between the product pictured on our website and the one
you receive. Small blemishes and/or minor color variations will not considered
"major defects" and are actual proof that you are buying a one of a kind work
of art to display or wear for your enjoyment.
